We ship to most countries worldwide. Once you place your order, expect it to be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
We offer free standard shipping to most countries on orders over $69. Free shipping promotion does not apply to previous purchases and cannot be combined with other offers.
If you choose expedited shipping, you will be charged a separate shipping fee. Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery by the carrier. If you prefer a signature upon delivery or you have any questions, please contact our customer service before placing an order.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We ship to any location outside of the country using multiple carriers: DHL, USPS, FedEX, and EMS, among others. The carrier depends on the location of the shipping address and the type of shipping selected at checkout. We cannot guarantee that your order will be received within the specified number of days in the event of carrier issues, bad weather, or other factors beyond our control. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing in addition to the shipping times specified below.

Cancellation Policy
Due to our fast order processing and shipping speed, orders are usually not able to be cancelled after they have been placed. If you need to cancel an order you have just placed, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If the order has already been processed, we will provide a convenient return and exchange service after you receive the item.
